INTERNSHIP: CRM Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION

The CRM Manager is in charge of relational actions and operations implemented in MyPYLI HR's CRM tool. His/her role is to understand the customer through data, in order to implement the most efficient recruitment, loyalty, animation and satisfaction tools.

Reporting directly to the CRM Project Manager, your main mission is :

  • - Monitor, update and clean the database
  • - Participation in the implementation of a relationship marketing program
  • - Implementation of this program through tools and content in line with the relationship charter
  • - Participation in studies to determine target profiles in order to segment them in the database;
  • - Analyze their behavior to find the best way to retain them;
  • - Collect relevant information on comments and dissatisfactions;
  • - Determine the best channels for building customer loyalty and reaching the target ;
  • - Measure the effectiveness of operations and the performance of selected channels;
  • - Participate in the management of the CRM tool and work constantly on its improvement;
  • - Ensure the configuration, compliance and maintenance of the customer database based on information collected from Business Dev
  • - Control data quality throughout processing, and guarantee the quality of information and its accessibility at all times.
  • - Participate in corrective and evolutionary developments of the system.
  • - Monitor user activity & data quality
  • - Work with users to understand their CRM needs and identify digital tools that can help them achieve their business objectives.
  • - Profile with an affinity for the digital and tech sectors
  • - Enjoy working with numbers and technical tools
  • - Commercial awareness
  • - Good interpersonal skills: ability to work with all company stakeholders.
  • - Thoroughness, responsiveness and organizational skills
Business school or university with a specialization in marketing, e-commerce, customer relations or sales
