INTERNSHIP: Community Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION

We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to join our team at MyPYLI HR. If you're a creative person with excellent communication skills and a passion for social media, this is the job for you! Duties :
  • - Create and manage the editorial calendar for the company's various social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • - Produce attractive, engaging content for the various social platforms, using images, videos, infographics, etc.
  • - Animate and moderate online communities by responding to comments, interacting with users and ensuring a positive and engaged atmosphere.
  • - Develop strategies to increase brand visibility on social networks and attract new subscribers.
  • - Analyze the performance of publications and campaigns on social networks using analysis and tracking tools, and propose actions for improvement.
  • - Conduct competitive and industry intelligence to stay abreast of social media trends and best practices.
  • - Collaborate with other company departments to coordinate communication actions and promote products and services in a consistent manner.
Expected skills :
  • - Excellent command of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.) and content management tools.
  • - Ability to create original, attractive content (texts, images, videos, etc.) adapted to the specificities of each social platform.
  • - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO techniques on social networks.
  • - Good understanding of social network metrics and analysis tools to assess performance and optimize results.
  • - Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to express yourself clearly, concisely and engagingly.
