At the outset, we recognized a real need

On the face of it, nothing predestined Younès SABIR, CEO and co-founder of MyPYLI, to enter the world of HRIS. " In fact, it all started from a need: my brother and I had founded our own marketing automation start-up, and we couldn't find any solutions for our own HR management. The products available were either unsuitable or far too expensive. We relied on our team of developers to build our solution in-house, and then we realized that there was a market for it," he confides. Based on this real-life observation, MyPYLI provides a simple, practical response to the needs of companies.

A scalable solution for every company

Fully digital, subscription-based and intuitive, MyPYLI can be used to manage schedules, absences and all HR issues. " We are also adapting our solution to current issues, such as telecommuting management," adds Younès SABIR. By integrating regulatory constraints, providing a link with administrative departments, and offering templates for contracts and certificates, MyPYLI is also an invaluable aid for very small businesses that do not have a dedicated HR department. " Our solution is relevant from 2 to over 1,000 employees. And because it's entirely digital, with no software to install, it's also suitable for multi-site management. In fact, we use it ourselves, as we have operations in France and Morocco ", says the CEO.
The solution is intuitive, available as SaaS, and fully customizable ─ just like its cost. The no-commitment subscription is in fact scalable according to the modules chosen and the number of employees (the company even goes so far as to apply a prorata in the event of an employee leaving during the past month). As HR data is sensitive, the solution is entirely secure.

Natively receptive to technical progress, MyPYLI is working on the continuous improvement of its solution, hoping to further integrate payroll management issues by the end of the year, but above all to make full use of the possibilities offered by AI. " We believe that AI can simplify HR management, particularly by pre-qualifying incoming CVs in the recruitment phases," asserts Younès SABIR. Yet this technological appetite does not prevent MyPYLI from putting the human at the heart of its approach. "With this tool, we want to encourage exchanges between employees and their managers. Games are also available on a weekly basis, for general knowledge but which can also have a formative dimension. Each employee can also indicate his or her mood for the day, by simply clicking on an icon, making MyPYLI a valuable indicator of the company's internal climate and contributing to QWL. " Ultimately, MyPYLI is a perfect illustration of how technology can serve the human side of business," concludes Younès SABIR.
